Why EAPD Works
Horses are a mirror of our intentions. In a traditional management training class, a person can avoid getting to the core of their obstacles for a variety of reasons,but one of those reasons is they don't have an accurate view of their actual challenge. Are they too impatient? Are they hesitant to lead? Do they isolate themselves and not engage their team? The challenges can be many and the solutions not easily defined.
EAPD gets to the core of how to break out of patterns of behavior you want to change. An example, if someone is reluctant to partner with team members, it will quickly surface in a group exercise when your equine teacher wanders off from a lack of direction. It is the most pure form of education, and the reason that great leaders in history many times placed the highest value on their trusted steeds. They knew they could trust each other for a pure and true answer.

We offer a 2 day workshop that brings your key management onsite to do both individual and team-building sessions. The end result is gaining and understanding of your teams dynamics and how to better accomplish goals. This helps your organization to have an intimate training experience that helps leaders lead better, and helps new management to become a stronger part of the organization. Local accommodations are available at 5 Star hotels.
1 Day Team Events
Single day sessions are structured around a specific accomplishment. We will work with you to first diagnose the most important needs of your team, and design a program to help develop targeted areas. This is a highly rewarding process that builds strong teams and strong commitments to success.

Sales is a form of leadership. You are leading your clients to new solutions that help them solve complex problems. We have specialized curriculum for professionals that are genuine about their desire to become better partners to their clients.
REQUIREMENTS
EAPD and EALD isn't for everyone. We only work with individuals that have appreciation for the well-being of our equine instructors and are willing to show them the highest level of respect and kindness. Our equine instructors are giving a gift of personal development to their students, and it is important it is a reciprocal experience for everyone involved.
